Physical Properties
Heat Treatment Process
Solution Treatment: Heat evenly to 460~480°C, hold through section, then water quench.
Annealing: Heat to 380-410°C, hold, slow furnace cool.
Aging: Aging temperature 120-130°C (T6), 150-170°C (T7351)
Application Fields
Aircraft components, instrument shafts and gears, missile parts, throttle valve components, turbines, keys, etc.
